Gernot wrote arrangements for the soundtrack album of the motion picture Rounders (score composed by Christopher Young) and has been working as an orchestrator for a variety of Hollywood composers, among them Christopher Lennertz, Henry Jackman, Natalie Holt, Ludwig Göransson, Joseph Shirley, Dara Taylor, Ramin Djawadi, Christopher Young, Aaron Zigman and Joe Harnell.
Orchestration credits include the Disney+ TV series Obi-Wan Kenobi (composer Natalie Holt) and The Book of Boba Fett (composers Ludwig Göransson and Joseph Shirley), the ABC TV series Agent Carter and Galavant (composer Christopher Lennertz), , as well as the motion pictures Ralph Breaks The Internet, Kong: Skull Island, Jack Reacher: Never Go Back and Big Hero 6 (composer Henry Jackman); Shaft, Ride Along 2 and Identity Thief (composer Christopher Lennertz); The Uninvited and Spiderman 3 (composer Christopher Young) and Mr. Magorium’s Wonder Emporium (composers Alexandre Desplat/Aaron Zigman).
